Lack of Support for Browser Back Button

Here is advice that is almost certain to be ignored:

"PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BROWSER BACK BUTTON during your visit"

In our observation, people use the browser Back button almost reflexively...before they even think about looking for a "Back" button on the page.  Not supporting browser Back is a sure-fire way to frustrate your users, particularly if information is lost in the process.
