This page has a number of elements to help users get through multiple legal agreements.
First, header bars clearly indicates that two of the legal agreements are required. Second, each agreement has an agreement summary (though honestly, these summaries could be written much more clearly). There is a clear, obvious print link for each agreement (in testing, we often find that participants want to print these out either for reference or to at least skim before accepting). Overall, the page layout is clean and attractive.

This is a great, uncluttered layout. There is a clear primary action and a set of secondary actions below it. The left navigation doesn't carry all sorts of links from previous levels - just a few suggested on related items.

I like the big, clearly labeled buttons here - and the fact that all the form controls are located all together on the right side of the page. The background shading of the rows - and blue shading of the column containing the checkboxes makes this form easy to scan and read.

This form uses left-justified field labels (which, depending on how variable the label length is, can cause fields labels to be widely separated by the associated field - as is the case in "Your Name"). However, the row shading here helps the eye track. Also, I love the big red submit button. Overall, it's a clear and clean layout.
